How to Book a High Places Trip

We recommend that you read the trip description, detailed itinerary, trip notes and booking conditions carefully.

You can download all these documents from this website or contact us and we will email or post them to you. We can reserve a place for you on any trip for up to 7 days without obligation. If you are joining the trip LAND ONLY, please be aware that occasionally trips are cancelled or ground arrangements/dates are changed. You must check the trip status with us before paying for your flights or other travel arrangements.

To make a booking, either print a booking form (see pdf download on this page or ring for a hard copy to be sent) and post it to us, or use our secure online booking system by simply clicking the ‘book this trip’ button on the relevant trip. You can also book and make your deposit payment over the phone, but we will still need a completed booking form to confirm your place.

We are happy to accept deposit payments by credit card but prefer balances to be paid by cheque or debit card.

We require a completed booking form plus a deposit, normally £200 but more on certain trips, to secure your booking.
Although we apply no penalties for late bookings, you should be aware that if you book late, flight prices are likely to be higher, particularly high season and Christmas.

When we receive your booking form and deposit we will send you a booking confirmation. You will receive the final invoice between eight and ten weeks before departure, together with a trip information pack.
