Hidden Paradise in the Himalayas
This trip visits the hidden gems of North East India and Bhutan. We will have time to explore the town of Darjeeling with its tea estates and toy train. There are pleasant walks in and around Gangtok and a visit to Tashiding monastery.
We spend time in Kalimpong before driving to the remote Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan where we explore the quaint Bhutanese towns and remote Dzongs. Some of the trips are timed to visit the annual masked dance festivals in Bhutan.
